We believe in being transparent. Here is everything you need to know about payments, cancellations, and our no-refund policy — explained plainly.
All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
MockSentry does not offer refunds on any paid plan (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, or Placement Pack). This policy exists because a fully-featured Free Tier is available at no cost, giving you the opportunity to evaluate the platform before making a purchase decision.
MockSentry provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon purchase — your account is upgraded instantly, and you gain access to unlimited sessions, all company packs, and Pro-only features from the moment of payment. Because the service is intangible and fully delivered at purchase, a refund policy analogous to physical goods does not apply.
More importantly, we offer a Free Tier (3 sessions per week, core evaluation features) that allows you to thoroughly assess the quality of AI evaluation, the question bank, and the debrief system before spending a single rupee. We encourage you to use the free tier and only upgrade when you are confident the platform meets your needs.

You can cancel your Pro Monthly or Pro Annual subscription at any time from the Profile → Subscription settings page. Cancellation is immediate and requires no email or support request.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You will retain full Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period. After that date, your account will revert to the Free Tier.
The Placement Pack is a one-time purchase and does not renew. No action is required to cancel it — it simply expires after 3 months from the date of purchase.
Example: You purchase the Pro Monthly plan on May 1. You cancel on May 15. You continue to have Pro access until May 31. On June 1, your account reverts to Free. No charge occurs on June 1. You will not be refunded for the May 15–31 period.
While our policy is no refunds, we are a small, founder-run product and we value every user. If you believe an error has occurred — for example, a duplicate charge, a failed payment that was nonetheless debited, or a technical issue that completely prevented you from accessing the platform for an extended period — please email us at anuragkr8651@gmail.com with your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID.
We will review such cases on an individual basis and, at our sole discretion, may issue a credit or partial refund. This does not constitute a general refund policy and does not waive our right to apply the no-refund policy in all other cases.
Razorpay automatically verifies each payment on our server before upgrading your account. If a payment fails mid-process (e.g., your bank declines but funds appear to be held), the hold is typically released within 5–7 business days by your bank. MockSentry does not have the ability to expedite bank-side holds.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same plan, email us with both payment IDs and we will investigate and refund any verified duplicate charge promptly.
